Arrigo is the best and my only go to places for my car needs. Every rep is so friendly and accommodating to the customer’s needs that you always feel home. Jaylen has been very helpful and he advised the needs. Every rep is so friendly and accommodating to the customer’s needs that you always feel home. Jaylen has been very helpful and he advised the best to me. They never do any upsells which is rare in this industry. I would recommend that you that you show signage in all service writer cubicles that explain how payment for service can be mede. I would have been nice to know up front that making payments with a credit service writer cubicles that explain how payment for service can be mede. I would have been nice to know up front that making payments with a credit card incurs a 2.9 percent surcharge. My wife who had dropped me off to pick my vehicle up had just left. She's the one that carries our debit card where the surcharge would not have been necessary and unfortunately I did not have enough cash on me to make full payment. It would have been nice to know the minute I stepped in for service, what to expect. Other than that love and have purchased many cars from Arrigo even before Arrigo took over the facility. More
