I used the CarBargains service and was told to contact only Kevin Engle. When I made my initial two calls, he was unavailable and I was directed to other personnel or received a call back form another emp only Kevin Engle. However, it all worked out well, especially in conversations with Cary Hoffman. He was extremely helpful regarding descriptions and utility of certain options that I was considering. I had given another employee information re: trade-in value of my current car, but have not yet heard back on it. More

The Sales Manager, Robert, made us feel welcomed and worked with us to get into a price range we felt comfortable with. Our Salesmen, Melvin, made everything a breeze. This dealership was great! I was able to get my 2020 Forester Premium for a good deal, as well as get a fair trade-in price for my car. They were able to get a vehicle from a different Subaru dealer sent to Catonsville within the hour. William Hoyt was great, he took his time to show me all the options I wanted to see, not pressuring me at all to act quickly or to go a certain way. I hope for this new car to last a while but when I need a new car, I definitely will be going back here, and I am going to recommend all of my friends and family to go here if there are looking for a new Subaru! More

One of The Best Car Purchase Experiences The purchase of a 2020 Crosstrek at Heritage Catonsville was one the best car purchase experiences I've had in over 50 years of buying cars for myself The purchase of a 2020 Crosstrek at Heritage Catonsville was one the best car purchase experiences I've had in over 50 years of buying cars for myself and helping friends and family buy cars (about 23 cars all together). William Hoyt was our salesman. From beginning to end there was no high pressure. There was no bait and switch. There were no broken promises. William offered the best price compared to 9 other Subaru dealers in the Baltimore-Washington area. When 4 accessories needed to be added to the car, Heritage charged an eminently fair price. When we got to the dealership William was patient answering all our questions both during the test drive and afterward in his office. He was very knowledgeable. Alyse was the person in Finance we dealt with. She presented the features and benefits of maintenance plans, extended warranties, and other enhancements. She gave us the prices and if we saw potential benefit, she indicated which ones there might be price flexibility. We did buy the 3-year maintenance plan at a discounted price which was a good value compared to their service department's normal pricing for those 6 service visits (I also checked the prices at several other Subaru dealer's service departments and Heritage was the least expensive). More

Great experience It was very easy dealing with William Hoyt. Because of Covid 19, I didn't want to spend to much time at the dealer.
