I dealt with Cayla over the phone when I ordered my new Subaru. Cayla was very friendly and knowledgeable. If she wasn't sure about one of my questions she would call back with an answer pretty quickly. O Subaru. Cayla was very friendly and knowledgeable. If she wasn't sure about one of my questions she would call back with an answer pretty quickly. Once my vehicle was ready to be picked up, she welcomed me with a big smile. The staff was ready for my arrival and had all paperwork ready to go. Cayla and the Subaru crew made my experience buying a new vehicle super easy. Definitely would recommend going to Grande prairie Subaru. More

Had the best buying experience at Grande Prairie Suburu! I went there with a vision and they did not disappoint! Cayla welcomed me with kindness and excitement. Bill Nash, Cianna Bower and Ashlee Stark are very friendly and easy to talk to. The customer experience was very good but the wait for the vehicle was not good. If it was a factory order then I would friendly and easy to talk to. The customer experience was very good but the wait for the vehicle was not good. If it was a factory order then I would fully understand the delay. The Ascent my wife bought is a very beautiful, nice driving SUV. the cabin layout is very good and drove very good as well. Overall I would recommend Bill and his staff for a purchase of a Subaru. More

Today we sold our daughter's WRX 2010 after the engine have failed to someone who plans to restore it. Since the vehicle still had some value, Ashlee gave us some advice on how to reach out to potential b have failed to someone who plans to restore it. Since the vehicle still had some value, Ashlee gave us some advice on how to reach out to potential buyers who are interested on project vehicles. The dealer accepted to keep the vehicle in their lot for a couple weeks until we found a buyer. This goes to show how much these guys are willing to accomodate us as customers. I am beyond impressed, Ashlee and the rest of the team have earned my trust for sure for any future needs. Even though we are from Yellowknife, we definitely look forward to come back again. More

In our home town, there are 3 dealers but none from the brands we are interested in. So every year we drive down to Grande Prairie Subaru which is a 12 hour drive south from where we live to get our vehicl brands we are interested in. So every year we drive down to Grande Prairie Subaru which is a 12 hour drive south from where we live to get our vehicle serviced and it is definitely worth it for the peace of mind, never had to return for something not done right. In our 2nd trip this fall we have decided to buy a 2nd Subaru from the same dealer, good service and sales teams for sure. More
