One of the most amazing car buying experiences of my life I'm 50 and purchased many cars in my lifetime. This is the first where I had a completely honest, direct and knowledgeable "advisor" I don't want to call Gary a salesman because he didn't "sell" me. He gave me direct and honest advise...enough to have me jump on a plane (I live 9 hours North of Cathedral City) to come and see the Cadillac ATS Coupe. Everything he told me about the car, over the phone, was spot on. I currently own a 2016 BMW 428i coupe. Gary had enough knowledge to tell me exactly how they would compare and the Cadillac is everything and more he said it would be! I now have a new friend in the desert :-) Thanks Gary for an amazing car buying experience! Also would like to Thanks Casar and Art as well. The whole staff was amazing. Very rare to find a whole dealership where they are honest, knowledgeable and no "xxxxxxxxx" attitude. Thanks again and I would advise anyone, to fly or drive from anywhere, to ONLY buy from Jessup Auto Plaza! More

The car was exactly as advertised and she was helpful in helping a couple of Canadians buy their first US-based vehicle. We would recommend Jessup generally and Dina Reyes in particular to anyone looking for a fair deal and excellent customer service. More

Worst experience We when in with a trade and letting them know how much we could do payments and with 2700. Down. And. Someone else took over . then again I explain i dont want not more then 500.00 payments since we doing 400.00 Already . they said no problem. Not to worry. And my last interest rate was 18!!! And this will be our 2nd car with them. All we did was waste our time. They said they wanted to hibe me 4800 for my car. And its worth 8000 . then they wanted 750.00 payment. With 16 interesr !!! They are tripping. More

Crystal was AMAZING, and ART Ilano provided a great assist. Crystal has a lot of integrity and she honestly answered all our questions. She is a believable force at that dealership. She was straightforward and prepared, and had all details covered. She was there with us during the negotiations with the sales manager, and I really do feel she was our advocate. After we drove the car home, she has continued to support us as we file the rebate documentation for our BOLT EV. I waited a few days to write this review to see if Jessup would be as good to us after the sale as they were during the sale. I can honestly say that they are better and better and offer everything you need. Support, honesty, integrity, and ANSWERS!! Thank you Jessup, and THANK YOU CRYSTAL! More
