My wife and I had the fortunate opportunity to spend the day with Arsenio, and we had a fantastic time with him. I have purchased a few vehicles in my lifetime but I've never enjoyed the process of a vehic day with Arsenio, and we had a fantastic time with him. I have purchased a few vehicles in my lifetime but I've never enjoyed the process of a vehicle purchase as much as I did with Arsenio. He truly cares about his customers' well-being and is genuine about his desire to do right by his customers. We, unfortunately, had some shenanigans going on with another dealer and his customers while we were purchasing our vehicle; trying to purchase our vehicle while we were in the middle of the purchase. Arsenio stayed calm and reassured us he wasn't going to allow another dealer to undercut our purchase of the vehicle in the 23rd-hour sort to speak. Obviously, we made the purchase and we could not be happier with our decision. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Arsenio and Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham because you will not be disappointed. More
