I did my homework to make sure I was getting an honest deal, and I didn't discover a single red flag (OTD price was agreeable, Trade-In value was agreeable, options were agreeable, Financing (which I need to subsidize my downpayment) was not great but not bad either. Ultimately, I didn't mind it because they discounted me for using it. Overall experience was 5 stars!

Everyone seemed nice and when I had to return it the next
day for problems, they were very nice in the service department. Wasn’t totally thrilled with my sales rep. Not very engaging or explanatory. Charged

Charged $49 for Nitrogen in my tires and immediately when driving off, On Star says, all my tires are low! Called next morning when the lights came on to go straight to dealer, he was non worried. Said he took day odd but he would call and let them know I was coming. Never heard from him again until Thursday when he wasn’t happy with me at all. Raised his voice telling me he’s been off and not to talk to him like that. Well who am I to tell all the problems with the car, after Just buying it the night before. Wish I hadn’t bought here.
