I just bought a 2003 Saturn Vue for my wife from Arnoldo Rivera at Halleen Kia located in North Olmsted, OH. Arnoldo was very patient. My wife walked around the car lot not knowing what type of vehicle she even wanted. Arnoldo was great in assisting her. He asked all types of questions to ascertain her likes and dislikes and from there, he was able to show vehicles from which she could choose. Although Arnoldo is very persuasive, I didn't feel pressured to buy. I would definitely go back if I needed another vehicle and would recommend Arnoldo and Haleen Kia to friends. More

Arnaldo went above and beyond to help me secure my new vehicle. When Halleen didn't have exactly what I wanted, Arnaldo contacted another dealership-in Pennsylvania-to find my new truck. It was there and vehicle. When Halleen didn't have exactly what I wanted, Arnaldo contacted another dealership-in Pennsylvania-to find my new truck. It was there and ready for pickup the next day. When I took delivery, I discovered my truck was out of alignment. Arnaldo had it fixed the next day. You can buy a car anywhere, but why if you don't get great service. Great job, Arnoldo. Awesome. More
