I was in the market for a new (to me) vehicle and found a 2013 Chevy Traverse on the Key CDJR of Rochester website. I contacted them via email and was responded to by Aristedes Poulis. We set up an appointment to meet and look at the vehicle. I ended up putting a down payment on it that day and finalized the sale a few days later. It was a great experience and I could not have asked for anything more. Aristedes and the entire staff were a joy to work with and I cannot recall ever having had such a good and easy time in any other vehicle purchase I have made. I might be looking for another car soon for my wife and I will definitely start with Key first! Thank you!! More

Jim and Arístedes were fantastic to work with. They made for an extremely quick and efficient experience. There was no pressure and all questions were answered. We literally could’ve been done with the whole experience including a test drive in under an hour. Unfortunately the used vehicle we were looking at did not ultimately work out for our needs.
