I can't imagine a more caring thorough person than Arek has been. He explains well and gave me the website to learn how to operate the different features which the 2010 Tiguan has. We absolutely love our new VW CC. There are so many amazing features that we love about the car. The navigation system, hard drive, and bluetooth capabilities are great! The overall experience that we had at Jennings Volkswagen was wonderful. Everyone at Jennings, especially Arek Aneszko, made the process stress free. The pricing was more than competitive and by far the best we had seen. We were able to make our decision to lease the CC, without feeling pressured to do so. Such a great feeling! This is our 4th car that we have had the pleasure of leasing from Jennings Volkswagen. My fiancee and I flew from Detroit to Chicago to pick up the car. Arek picked us up from airport which was very kind of them to do. Arek is really nice guy and easy to deal with. We never felt to be pressured by anybody. And that is the most important thing when you buy anything. They showed us our car, we drove it, and if we did not like it, we could easily walk away. Paula Ciolino was very kind and very easy to deal with as well. She has a lot patience, friendly and willing to explain anything you do not understand. If anyone is interested in buy a new car, I would highly recommened them to anyone. More

We worked with Sue previously when our other daughter purchased a car from her about two years ago. It was easy to return to Sue again because our first experience with her was so favorable. When I called and gave her our criteria, she got back to us in record time with all of the information. Upon arriving we received the same warm and friendly greeting we remembered. She and Arik went about the business of filling our needs so efficiently and so courtesly, it was a most pleasant experience to buy the car. Your dealership get a "5" rating from us because you work with people in such a way that the customer feels you want to please them as much as you want to sell the car. You should be proud of your dealership, and I would refer to you as a class act. More

I went to three VW dealers to meet a salesperson and get pricing. I went to Autobarn Mt Prospect, North Shore VW and Jennings VW. I found the staff, expecially Arek Aneszko and the price proposal scenario t pricing. I went to Autobarn Mt Prospect, North Shore VW and Jennings VW. I found the staff, expecially Arek Aneszko and the price proposal scenario to be open and friendly. In comparison, Mt Prospect seemd like old school and North Shore was just not interested in spending the time I required. I have been back to Jennings for scheduled service and Kerry has been excellent. Too many people write only negative stuff but I chose to take the time to write positive reviews of Jennings. They deserve it. I love my Tiguan. Thanks...K.B. Classic. More
