All costs not disclosed Dealer was very poor at disclosing all costs of a sale when they wanted to make a deal. Won't be doing business here any longer and Chrysler just lost a customer. Should not even get 1 star. More

My experience at Dick Scott was great. I went to a few Dodge dealers before coming to this dealer and I chose to lease my new vehicle with Dick Scott. Antwone got the car I wanted in the price range I wa Dodge dealers before coming to this dealer and I chose to lease my new vehicle with Dick Scott. This is our third car we are buying from this dealer. All three times we worked with different reps and all three times we had a grand time. This time Antwone top them all up. He was absolutelly great to loo three times we worked with different reps and all three times we had a grand time. This time Antwone top them all up. He was absolutelly great to look up as much help and assistance for us as possible. If there is employee of the month, he would need to be employee of the year. Friendly and attentive to all our needs was also dealership manager Jason Scott. He treat us as a family. Showing around the newly constructed parts of dealership and talking about upcoming holidays. Everything you possibly could look for the best expirience in buying a new car you could find at this dealership. More

My overall experience at Dick Scott Dodge/Chrysler was very good. I did most of my purchase over the phone. One thing that I was disappointed on, was that when I picked up the car there was NO gas in th very good. I did most of my purchase over the phone. One thing that I was disappointed on, was that when I picked up the car there was NO gas in the car. I had to head straight to gas station. Although, I do understand that the car was transported from another dealer (about 2 hrs away). Please put some systems in place to make sure that at least there is a full tank of gas for customers buying a new car. More
