This is the second vehicle I have bought from them and again from start to finish the Team at Pat Lobb Toyota of Mckinney made the buying process easy and pain free. My product specialist Rodney got to know me first instead of trying to sell me anything. He got to know me and what I was looking for. He was very in tune with my needs and why i was looking for a truck. He put me at easy knowing that the truck i was looking into look at would meet the needs I had. Rodney my product specialist, Tony the General Manager, and Anthony my financial manager all worked together as a team and helped get me into a great used truck that met my needs at a price I could afford. All in all I was above and beyond taking care of and left with a truck that I know is going to meet my needs and know I have an amazing Team at Pat Lobb Mckinney to service it to make sure it keeps it legendary longevity Toyota's are known for. Working with Patt Lobb Toyota was painless. I got a reasonable quote via their e-service and came in to finalize the deal with Brandon Navarro. I highly recommend Pat Lobb’s Toyota of McKinney dealership. I have been using them since 2013 for maintenance on my Scion xB. Love their service department. They never try to up sell me like I have dealership. I have been using them since 2013 for maintenance on my Scion xB. Love their service department. They never try to up sell me like I have experienced at the Honda dealerships I have dealt with in the past. As a result of this I chose them to buy my new car. Received a good deal on a new 2019 model. Worked with Rodney Bradley. He was easy to work with and I definitely would work with him again in the future. More
