Also we told them we had the tag to our previous car, instead of taking some to change it he stated it would be the same amount. Wrong! During the signing portion it was an extra “$298” ! Not cool !! More

After a disappointing experience in a different dealership, my son and I went to Toyota of Orlando, and what a wonderful car buying experience!!! We went in with a set budget and from Antonio Cruz (who I highly recommend) to Stephanie Alexander ( who I would also highly recommend), we were able to walk out within an hour a half with the keys to my son's new vehicle. My family is planning on purchasing a van within the next couple of months, and they will definitely look forward to doing business with Antonio and Stephanie. These two individuals made sure that our car buying experience was a brief and pleasant one by going going above and beyond!!! I cannot be happier with the level of service provided to me at Toyota of Orlando. Both are sales specialist Antonio (Tony) Cruz & financial service rep Melissa Ragonese were fantastic. Tony was very open and sincere during the negotiation process (one thing I dread but he made it very friendly and smooth). Melissa insured all paperwork was explained to a "T" as well as delivering our chose vehicle and ensuring we left knowing everything we should know about the new features in this model. To be honest this was the easiest, nicest experience I have had in a car dealership ...also to note we were out of there relatively quickly after choosing the vehicle we wanted. More
