As a GM retiree it is safe to say I have had many GM buying experiences. I would rate this one as one of the best! Gus, Antonie, and Greg were professional, courteous, and met all my sales needs. My only negative was trying to reach the dealership initially by phone. The number I got off the Buick internet website was 904/425-0822. It went to the service department after disconnects and long waits. I was told that was the only phone number and was transferred to the operator. Again after disconnects and waits I got sales and everything progressed smoothly. More

Drove 7 and a half hours here for a little vacation with my girlfriend. Truck drove fine on the way here, then went into limp mode the next day with a check engine light. Stressed out I called multiple near by dealerships to try to get some last minute repairs done. Upon my 5th call to a dealer Nimnicht Buick GMC was able to take my truck in the very next day! They set me up with Mr. Drew Scott who was able to help me and keep me informed of my vehicle progress the whole time. I highly recommend this dealership if you need service in or a new car.
