My widowed daughter bought a certified preowned CRV for her daughter three weeks ago. Within 10 days the battery was dead. This dealership would not replace it. The service tech where we replaced the battery (Deland due to granddaughter being at college) told me whoever certified this car put new brake pads on the front but did not turn the rotors and she needed them turned plus the rear pads should have been replaced because they measured only a 3. Said a certified car should have done this so go back to Lou Sobbs as they should make this good. Honda at the Avenues said “ No” as it was an item that wears that her bumper to bumper warranty did not cover. Never again. Dishonest dealership and especially to take advantage of a widow. This act tells a lot about them. More
