The team at Arlington Heights Ford in Illinois are fantastic, including the entire service team. For this last visit My 2022 Escape had its 20K mile service and all was done well while I waited. Also, in the past, I've used their in-house contracted rental agency for when a prior vehicle was being serviced, not under warranty, and the cost was better than anywhere else I could have gotten around this area. In the past they also diagnosed an intermittent issue with our other Escape, and how they did that was excellent troubleshooting that solved the problem. Thanks for all your great work. More

Never got back to me about a Warranty part they had to order for a repair on 02/28/24. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t heard from anyone from the Service Dept. Do not trust this Service Dept.!
