I got a text to fill out for pick up. Paid and was directed to go pick up my car. Turns out that paying and filling out the form makes. I differencce. I was told to make a line, waited for the cashier to pull out my record as I was trying to explain what I was going through. The cashier showed no interest, belittled my concern and spoke over me. She told me only they could request for my car to be picked up. Then What is the purpose of the online form? The cashier had no reason to get upset and be rude! More

The technician’s performance looks like getting worst. There were minor problems happened to my car last 2 visits (twisted the driver’s seatbelt & broke the door light bulb). I just came back to re-check the engine because they did a check mark on the engine a month ago. So I needed to go back for the result. The engine is just slightly leaking. I didn’t ask for fix. However, the engine started shaving in next day after the visit. I don’t know what the technician did on my car. I doubt their skills and I am disappointed on Longo. I am thinking should I still own Toyota’s cars. More

Anthony Torres is a great assistant service manager! he was exceptionally great at Customer Service, communication and explanation of the repairs that were being performed on my 04 Tacoma TRD, it was a he was exceptionally great at Customer Service, communication and explanation of the repairs that were being performed on my 04 Tacoma TRD, it was a very challenging problem with the fuel system. Anthony kept me informed of the procedure from the mechanic and foreman of the service department. My Truck was fixed within 3 hours. Anthony did a Great Job!!!
