Delayed me picking up my new car to sell me more than what I wanted to buy. Ordered a car so I could get only what I wanted. When I picked it up it an option item added that I didn’t ask for. Signed all my forms to get the car then had to wait a long time for the finance department to have me sign them all over and try to sell me more than what I came to buy. More

Gerard, I am sorry for the wait in finance. The Corolla Cross that we were allocated that we reserved for you was optioned out by Toyota prior to allocation. When it was allocated to us June 28th, the build date was already set (for July 13th) and it was locked from any modifications. We can always add accessories at the dealership, but nothing can be removed when the vehicle is already locked for production from the factory. In this limited supply environment, we are doing our best to match the closed possible allocations for each customer. Thank you for your business and understanding.
