Great experience at Kia of Wilmington. I was contacted by Anthony Sessoms regarding my offer on a new EV6 and we made a deal right on the phone. Upon arriving at the dealership I was gre I was contacted by Anthony Sessoms regarding my offer on a new EV6 and we made a deal right on the phone. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Ralph Gonzalez who oversaw the test drive,purchase and paperwork. He did a great job of keeping in the loop during the detailing and financing. He also did a very thorough job going through all the features of the vehicle and getting the Kia app set up on my phone and paired to the car. Josh Fitts was knowledgable regarding the finance options available to me and fixed an error to make the experience easy. I highly recommend Kia of Wilmington for going above and beyond. This was not my experience at another local Kia dealership (Holly Kia). More

This dealership is a FRAUD!!!The sticker price shown on This dealership is a FRAUD!!! The sticker price shown on the internet one day changes overnight and they add bogus charges to inflate the MSRP like This dealership is a FRAUD!!! Would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Dealt with a yo yo financing deal and had a nightmare of a situation. Definitely do your due diligence before giving them your business.
