Our Jeep was shown to us inside which was very nice. It is THE Jeep we wanted! Even though we bought our Jeep on Halloween day, we had no tricks, just treats! There was no pressure from our awesome sales consultant Andrew Eddy. He was 100% respectful, as was Tony Moore, and Matt Spratt. These three men made are trip to Lithia perfect! Management at Lithia should be very proud of their staff. We would recommend Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno to anyone. More

What he tells me is so. He has assisted me to get my Gladiator in the shop on very short notice. best ever could write a long review but I want to go on every site I can to let peeps know how great this place was for me. 13 cars in last 20 years and these p could write a long review but I want to go on every site I can to let peeps know how great this place was for me. 13 cars in last 20 years and these people were the best ever. we bought a low priced used car and received service as if we were buying top of the line car. from the sales person to the finance person to the finance wizards behind the counter to the final paper work person. all the best ever, really. very knowledgeable, NO xx and just all around great. I had very limited financial resources and credit and they made it happen very fast. my jaw dropped when they came back with the first offer and it only got better by the end. truly amazing! I am 54 and will never go anywhere else again. More

I worked with Tony and Ruben who did everything in their power to make my experience pleasant and quick. Ruben made sure that I knew everything about me Jeep and patiently went over any questions I had. Tony listened to me and went out of his way to help me buy the Jeep of my dreams. They both have extended every courtesy to me and made sure that Reno Jeep gave the me the best possible buying experience I have ever had. I had to take my new Jeep in for service and Charles was quick to help me, informative and courteous. Again, 5 stars all the way around. More
