(And we would know as this purchase was our 13th vehicle, and our 7th Volvo purchase in the past 32 years. :-) This is the kind of dealership you want to return to and we may just do that with our kids as they look to getting their cars in the near future. He permitted me to drive many different trim's of the same model. He stuck with me beyond closing time until I made my decision. I knew what a fair KBB value for my trade was going in and they offered me top value for my trade with their first offer. No haggling necessary. While I was signing my financing agreement, Mr. Simms moved all of my personal belongings from my old car to me new car saving me the trouble. Everyone was friendly. I didn't feel like I was getting a sales snow job until I got to the financing rep who applied a full court press in an attempt to get me to finance the maximum amount possible and to buy the premium extended warranty package. More

We saw one we liked online and called to see if it was still available. I spoke to Ryan for a good half hour about the actual vehicle and its features. We went out the following day to see it in person; needless to say we came home with it. Very friendly staff and very easy to work with. Before writing my review I read several of the other reviews for Ryan and the dealership and I must say our experience was pretty spot on to all the others. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Volvo. More
