I have written a couple of comments earlier and was mostly satisfied with the dealership. I think they could have worked a little harder getting my truck to the dealership. Having it set in a holding lot for over 10 weeks, in my opinion, is excessive and I think the salesman could easily have pushed the matter more to get it to the dealership. More

Stay far away from this dealership! My husband was told this morning that the truck he wanted was available. When he showed up to the dealership they did a test drive and even ran his c My husband was told this morning that the truck he wanted was available. When he showed up to the dealership they did a test drive and even ran his credit. Then they told him the truck was unavailable because someone put down a deposit to hold it today. He wasn't given that option this morning. More importantly they should have never ran my husband's credit if the truck wasn't available! The salesman then took my husband around the lot and the only other comparable truck was more expensive and they refused to match the price even though they screwed up. When my husband questioned them further about how this happened, he was told the truck he wanted sold when he got there and it was just unfortunate timing. That wasn't true unless the other person lied about there being a hold and the buyer wasn't even there yet when my husband left. Either way they lied and should have never ran our credit. Save yourself the headache, and hard credit check, just to have them try to bait and switch you and don't bother even looking at their vehicles. More

Good ol Black Betty was great, but the new and improved White Stallion, Stella, got her groove back!! GM stepped up big time with the technology and safety features in the new 2023 models, and Rivard GMC i White Stallion, Stella, got her groove back!! GM stepped up big time with the technology and safety features in the new 2023 models, and Rivard GMC is selling them for less than they were 3 years ago. I highly recommend Rivard GMC. Customer service, sales team, service department and their trade-in and new vehicle costs are unmatched to anywhere I've ever been. Miguel Alvarez in sales gets a five star rating for doing everything via phone and email to get me exactly what I was asking for! The thank you note, free oil change and cookies were a very thoughtful "cherry on top", since the deal was already done. More

This is a GREAT DEALERSHIP to visit and purchase a New or Used vehicle and just now returning from the first visit with Rivard service department everything went smoothly and everyone was GREAT. We went to R Used vehicle and just now returning from the first visit with Rivard service department everything went smoothly and everyone was GREAT. We went to Rivard to look at and test drive a few vehicles after about 2 months of checking out prices online and Rivard had by far the best prices the only thing left was to drive so when we got to Rivard we happened to meet Anthony Edwards and from there on it was COMPLETELY SMOOTH!!! Anthony was GREAT and if you are in the market for a New or Used car or truck and you would like a great time purchasing ask for him. You will be happy you did! Thanks Rivard and you Anthony!!!! More
