Shawn and the entire Ed Morse team was awesome to work with. From our initial appointment emails, texts and calls with Tamika Lopez, Shawn, and Anthony the finance manager, to us walking out the door with with. From our initial appointment emails, texts and calls with Tamika Lopez, Shawn, and Anthony the finance manager, to us walking out the door with the keys to our vehicle, they were all incredibly honest, personable and professional. They treated us like family the entire process and did not pressure us at all. The used vehicle we were interested in was in immaculate condition and very clean! We were visiting from Wisconsin and we’re not anticipating buying a vehicle from Florida but we fell in love with the vehicle and drove it all the way back home - 1100 miles! I loved the responsiveness the team provided us when we first said we were interested! We loved the email and personal video of the vehicle itself that told us all the features! They even offered us a free oil change if we ever were back in Brandon! Overall, best car buying experience for us in all the years we have bought vehicles! A++++ for Ed Morse Brandon auto mall! I have avoided purchasing a newer car for the past 15 years, as I didn't want a car note. As I walked around the dealerships lot, seeking the car that I was interested in, Austin approached and proceeded years, as I didn't want a car note. He was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable as he won my trust by the time we left. However, it took a follow-up call(by Austin) the next day, that convinced me to purchase the car. Then I was introduced to the equally friendly and knowledgeable Anthony, who took his time explaining everything that I was purchasing. Once done, he also even welcomed me to visit his office, whenever I got service done on my car. Both of the guys were extremely helpful... I'm not only proud of my car, but also of my decision to purchase through Brandon Auto Mall by Ed Morse. Thank you again...! More
