The financial dealings were neither lengthy nor stressful, and it seemed they really listened to & took into account our wishes and constraints. Annika was professional & thorough though personal. Having visited several car dealerships in the previous few days, my husband & I were not only weary & exhausted with the pressure but almost reluctant to stop at even one more dealership, however this car buying experience was the most pleasant ever. Amber really SOLD the car and did so in a way that made us feel she was helping us find & buy the car We wanted, rather than helping herself make a sale.... the way car-buying Should Be!
