Bought 2 cars from them and they still tried to screw me over! My first Crosstrek hybrid died after 6 years (nightmare with the service department!!) Joe Wicks was a fanta Volkswagen. This is the 4th car that I have worked with this dealer on, and I hope that I never have to work with any one else. Joe Wicks was a fantastic sales consultant. Quick and thorough communication, great advice on financing, and a detailed follow through showing me how to use all of the options that came with my car. I got a nicer vehicle than I originally sought out, and have a lower payment than expected. Above and beyond, Joe! Management and finance were all great as well. We had a couple issues with my windshield replacement, but it has been resolved. I was given a loaner car for the weekend while they addressed the situation, and I was very appreciative of that. My suggestion would be to communicate what’s being done with a customer’s vehicle. My frustration came from not knowing why something was done the way it was, but once it was explained, I understood. I think some quality training could be beneficial for the service team to take a bit more pride and care in the work they send out there. Everyone I worked with was completely professional and kind.
