Always enjoy working with Sam and Annie. Sam has delivered 3 Subarus thus far and is terrific at explaining all the facets of a Subaru vehicle. After seeing a car advertised on-line by this dealer, I phoned in and scheduled a test drive with Carl Schaeffer within 30 minutes. Reaching a final deal was straightforward, and Carl & Jeff moved the p phoned in and scheduled a test drive with Carl Schaeffer within 30 minutes. Reaching a final deal was straightforward, and Carl & Jeff moved the paperwork as promised – no delays. Carl provided an excellent overview of the technology and safety systems at time of delivery, making it simple to operate the vehicle. I was on the road and enjoying my pre-owned Subaru within a couple hours of seeing the ad. More

Bought 2 cars from them and they still tried to screw me over! My first Crosstrek hybrid died after 6 years (nightmare with the service department!!) Then I bought a second crosstrek when the first died. I like the car and my situation was such that I could not spend the time shopping around. The salesman was great but service department TOTALLY sucked. Very bad experience with their policies. My salesman is not listed below but he was great! More

Another great experience with Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen. This is the 4th car that I have worked with this dealer on, and I hope that I never have to work with any one else. Joe Wicks was a fanta Volkswagen. This is the 4th car that I have worked with this dealer on, and I hope that I never have to work with any one else. Joe Wicks was a fantastic sales consultant. Quick and thorough communication, great advice on financing, and a detailed follow through showing me how to use all of the options that came with my car. I got a nicer vehicle than I originally sought out, and have a lower payment than expected. Above and beyond, Joe! Management and finance were all great as well. We had a couple issues with my windshield replacement, but it has been resolved. I was given a loaner car for the weekend while they addressed the situation, and I was very appreciative of that. My su but it has been resolved. I was given a loaner car for the weekend while they addressed the situation, and I was very appreciative of that. My suggestion would be to communicate what’s being done with a customer’s vehicle. My frustration came from not knowing why something was done the way it was, but once it was explained, I understood. I think some quality training could be beneficial for the service team to take a bit more pride and care in the work they send out there. Everyone I worked with was completely professional and kind. More
