Anneli in the service department handled our broken-down car perfectly, not pressuring us and allowing us to shop around using their courtesy car. He volunteered to follow up at home or the dealership, on the Fon etc to effect the many new feathers which are overwhelming at first Ted. & Tom & others including the Car mover (reminded me of several items.
