Despite being close to finish a sale with another dealer I asked her for an "out of the door" price and she was very fast to reply and gave me a price which was about $500 better. No pressure, her price was good until the end of the month. I contacted the other dealer where I had done all my test drives and surprisingly they matched the price so I bought the car. I only did it to be fair to the sales person who worked with me. I explained this to Anne and she understood and did not have a problem with that. I think this is quite remarkable and shows real customer care. Next time I will shop at Gloucester Toyota first. More

Best Car Buying Experience ever! We found the pre-owned Toyota Venza that we had been looking for online at Gloucester Toyota. They have a special Internet price, a really great deal, so we sent them a message to say we were coming. Anne responded promptly. J.J. Johnson met us at the door when we arrived, let us test drive the vehicle and walked us through every phase of the purchase. There was absolutely no pressure or hard sell of any add-ons at any stage of the purchase. We were very impressed with J.J.'s patience, professionalism, and most of all, his integrity. Thanks, J.J.! The 2013 vehicle with under 40K miles is like new - it was a perfect fit for us. We have enjoyed driving our "new" vehicle for over a month now and have been pleased with a couple follow-up visits as well. We are always treated fairly and with respect and courtesy. More

Blake greeted me as soon as I entered the lot while Cameron had the keys ready for me to test drive. Blake was very informative, without being "pushy". He gave me ample time to test drive to make sure I like the feel of it. The numbers were exactly as I had discussed before arriving at the lot. I appreciated that everything went smoothly because I work nights, got off of work at 8am and drove over an hour to Glouster to the lot; so I had no time for haggling. I left the lot more than satisfied! More

Once we arrived at the dealership, we were met by JJ Johnson and he guided us through making our final choice (gave us excellent advice) and finalized the "deal". In dealing with Gloucester Toyota, their "internet price" will compete with and beat any other dealer, in the state of Virginia (or anywhere, really). JJ did NOT pressure us in anyway; gave us excellent advice in trying to make a choice for our 6'4" son with LONG legs. Steered us away from a poor choice and into the CORRECT choice. There was ZERO pressure in ANY/ALL of our dealings with JJ. More

Of all the dealers in this area (from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach) I most enjoyed the helpfulness of the people at Gloucester Toyota. We talked on the phone several times and my every question was answered. I also got the price I asked for and the model I had chosen - all I had to do was drive up this morning and all would be ready. And it was!!! I was met by Tommy Wheat as soon as I drove onto the lot. He took me to the office and brought the beautiful silver Camry around for me to see. He carefully explained every device and also answered all of my questions. After letting me drive around the neighborhood he began the paperwork. It was such a pleasurable experience. I had actually been dreading the whole procedure but Tommy was so pleasant and patient. He made sure I understood every step of the process and that I understood how to use everything in the car. When the sale was completed and before I left the lot he again reviewed what I needed to know.
