It was a great experience. We had an appointment with Claudia and she quickly found the perfect car. We weren't sure if we were going to get a new one or a pre-certified one, We had an appointment with Claudia and she quickly found the perfect car. I've bought many cars in the past from many dealerships, and here at Lexus of Wesley Chapel, they truly, well Charles, makes you feel like family. He goes above and beyond in literally all aspects of the car buying experience, paperwork experience (which everyone hates) and the congratulatory experience at the end of your journey before driving off the lot. I won't be shopping anywhere else. Matter of fact I've now bought 2 cars from Charles all under 30 months time, and 2 for a family member. I can't speak for the rest of the sales men and women but this dealership and Charles goes above and beyond your expectations! Definitely recommend them. More
