Very dissatisfied with how my purchase went. I spent 4 hrs talking and signing papers, letting my lease car go back and filling out paperwork on a new car only to find out at 8pm that they had priced me a hrs talking and signing papers, letting my lease car go back and filling out paperwork on a new car only to find out at 8pm that they had priced me a FWD CX5 instead of the AWD I had asked for. I had few options due to them taking my lease car backand I couldnt drive it home. They offered me to take a new car as a test vehicle home and promised to acquire an AWD car. When I asked about the price difference they replied they would take care of it. When I came back days later they charged me $2k more. Not cool, wont buy anymore here More

Completely low-balled me on an appraisal for a 4 year old car that I bought at their dealership and have had serviced there when required. They then tried to accuse me of not having taken care of the mainten car that I bought at their dealership and have had serviced there when required. They then tried to accuse me of not having taken care of the maintenance requirements. Outside of being late on my last oil change, I met the requirements they set forth when I bought the car. This was disappointing to say the least, but otherwise the service we have had there has been phenomenal when buying cars. More

Kylie was very responsive during the negotiating and purchase for the car. Ty, made me very upset by questioning me about the Tennessee military sales tax exempt as if I was either an idiot or a scamme purchase for the car. He could have nicely ask me where the reference was or simply online search it. I don't know how that kind of addtitude to customer is helping your business. I was hungry from skipping lunch and dinner to get to the dealership after working all day. Still kept my composure as much as I could but you were quite close to losing the business to another dealer, if not Kylie patching things up for me. More
