Painless, no pressure and no hassle purchasing experience. The day I found the 2002 F150 that I was interested in looking at; I called and left a message since it was after hours and the store was closed. I received a call back from Greg telling me that they had the vehicle at the body shop getting rockers replaced and it would not be ready till later in the week. I thought that was fine since I was in no rush. I filled out the online credit app on the Nyhus website and I went to go test drive the truck. I loved it, the truck was clean, oil was changed, tires were good and it was a type of truck that I had been looking for. Nick invited me into the office, he already had the paper work sent to the local bank that I normally work with since he saw I was a member. He had all the paper work ready to go and waiting for my signature. I am happy that I only had to spend 20 minutes taking care of paper work and getting on my way. Nick even told me to bring it down to their shop for the oil changes and that they would take care of me. With that said, I know I will be stopping in at their store for future purchases. More

Just out to get the sale...customer serviec SUCKS!!!!!!! We drove from Rapid City SD to Perham MN and they were real friendly until after we made the deal. Got less than an hour away and check engine light We drove from Rapid City SD to Perham MN and they were real friendly until after we made the deal. Got less than an hour away and check engine light came on and so we called and Greg said to have it looked at when we got back and he would take care of it. Well, by the time we got to Watertown SD the water pump was bad and it was misfiring so we called to let them know we were having it fixed and they got pissed and said we signed "as is". To make a long story short we were stopping the check and they could figure out how to get the vehicle back from Watertown SD to Perham MN or they could stand behind their vehicle less than an hour after the sale. Pathetic service and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. We also were left to test drive the vehicle when the gas was on empty...maybe because they had reset the check engine light and knew we couldn't take it too far the set off the check engine light again. By the way when we got it to Vermillion SD the check engine light went on again for either an O2 sensor or fuel filter. Don't you think a reputable car dealer would have gone through vehicles they take in on trade a bit better than that. Very poorly run business and definitely out only to get the sale not for customer service. More

Upgraded from 98 to 09 Visted the dealership and met with Greg. I had a 1998 Chevy extended cab with high mileage. Told Greg what my wants were of a newer vehicle. I also told Greg where I needed to be at, price wise. Greg told me that he was going to take a look around and see what he could find at the next few auctions. A little less than two weeks later, Greg had a model sitting in the lot that matched my needs. I was able to test drive the vehicle for a few days and ended up purchasing it. Expectations were set early and were met in a timely and professional manner. What more can a customer ask? More
