The best dealership experience I have ever encountered This was my third visit to a dealership in the past week and it is safe to say: the best was saved for last. When I walked in I was greeted by the wonderful receptionist (Nicole) who directed me in the right direction to avoid a long wait and get me sales assistance immediately. My salesperson Angel Figueroa was eager to help me with my purchase and was very knowledgeable. He gave maximum effort in his goal to get me the best price on leasing a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. We closed the deal within a half-hour and he got me the best possible deal that I could get with my credit situation. Once the deal was agreed upon, I went to the finance office to meet with Alex. He was extremely helpful and organized while I filled out my paperwork. For all the papers we had to sign (because the banks/lenders have to make the lease paperwork fool-proof to avoid any loopholes) Alex made the process streamlined and simple and I did not feel overwhelmed. The great service was not done after I left the building. When I got home, I had an issue with my key, so I called up Angel. Without hesitation, he came to my house and resolved my issue. I do not know a lot of salesman who would do that. It was refreshing to see and absolutely fantastic to experience that kind of care and service for a customer. Overall my experience was very satisfying at Wayne Hyundai and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase or lease a car, go to this dealership. It is worth your time! More

My last Hyundai The customer service at this dealership is terrible. It took 4.5 hours to lease our vehicle. Beyond the terrible wait, our salesperson was helping m The customer service at this dealership is terrible. It took 4.5 hours to lease our vehicle. Beyond the terrible wait, our salesperson was helping more than one customer besides us. This led to numerous mistakes- like selling us a FWD vehicle instead of an AWD vehicle and telling us after the papers were signed. We left the dealership with the car and it did not have temporary license plates or an inspection sticker- so I couldn't drive it until those were given to me. Additionally, I turned in a lease that day. The license plates from that lease were not returned to me- so there are license plates with my name out there somewhere that I can't return to NJMVC. The dealership didn't tell me how lease returns are inspected- 10 days later I received a bill for $800! The car sat on the lot for TEN DAYS-- how do I know where any of that damage came from?! Hyundai corporate did nothing to help rectify the situation, and the dealership hasn't, either. They tried to pass me off to corporate. I will NEVER purchase another Hyundai. Terrible experience. More

Wayne Hyundai went above and beyond in customer service and when I am in the market to buy a new car I will be returning to this dealership. As they say the salesman is often the face of the business and and when I am in the market to buy a new car I will be returning to this dealership. As they say the salesman is often the face of the business and this holds true with Angel Figueroa and Wayne Hyundai is lucky to have him as part of their team. I called the dealership at 7pm to return a lease and Angel said I could come over right away to return the car. No appointment, no hassle, and no games. I got there and he was ready for me and he made the return quick and easy. I highly recommend this dealership and Angel, over any other dealerships in the area. More

I was very pleased with my experience at Hyundai of Wayne because the gentleman Angel Figueroa I worked with as extremely friendly and my experience enjoyable. We came in towards the later part of the day with no expectation of buying a car but he really worked with us along with Wesley Mancias worked with us to get the best possible deal that worked for us. I would highly recommend them specifically those two gentleman to anyone interested in buying a car because I never once felt pressured nor on edge. I am very pleased with my experience at Hyundai of Wayne. More

Angel Figueroa is a great salesperson. Didn't feel any pressure to purchase a car. Highly knowedgeable.
