Every time they rotate my tires, they fail to adjust the tire pressure. My 2016 Ram 2500 requires 60 psi in the front and 80 psi the rear. About the time I get to 528 the tire pressure warning light comes o tire pressure. My 2016 Ram 2500 requires 60 psi in the front and 80 psi the rear. About the time I get to 528 the tire pressure warning light comes on. This used to not be that big of deal to me, because at the exit for our old house there was a truck stop with a nice air compressor. My July 8th 2019 visit I just used my air compressor at our new house to correct the issue. This took forever and I there is no place near by that can inflate to 80psi. So after my July 17th 2020 Visit, I turned around and took the truck back to have the dealer adjust the pressure since they fail two the first time. I had to explain to the service team that my truck requires the Tires PSI to be adjusted after the rotation. They took the truck back to fix and brought it back and told it was good to go. I drove down the road and they DID NOT correctly fill the tires to correct PSI for the second time. How can a service department fail twice on inflating tires? There solution was to bring it back a third time. It took multiple attempts to discuss this with the service manager. I was hung up on and finally was able to leave a voicemail message. I will not be coming back to this dealership. More

Made an appointment for service at 9:20AM. Arrived right at 9:20. Waited in the heat for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Once I was finally with a service advisor, I felt good about the service I at 9:20. Waited in the heat for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Once I was finally with a service advisor, I felt good about the service I would receive. By 4PM, I hadn’t received an update on my vehicle. I called and was sent to voicemail. By 5PM, I had not heard back so I called again. At this point I was told that my vehicle hadn’t even been looked at yet! I wound up leaving my car overnight, but still had to do all of the work on my end to get a status update the following day. The mechanical issue was resolved to my satisfaction. But the customer service was non-existent this visit. It was the complete opposite experience than what I had at my prior visit! More

I had a pleasant experience. My car had issues due to a recalled part. Called in and Andy assisted me throughout the whole thing, notified me when my car was ready and it’s been doing fine since! :) recalled part.
