Worked with Andy Giles. He was a pleasure to work with on my lease. I had a budget and he made a deal for a car I love. The experience with Acton Toyota and associates in both Sales and Service were great. Alex and Andy addressed every concern, and question we had. Andy was my sales associate. And he is absolutely going to heaven. He put up with so much nonsense from me and I was so undecided... I called him 100 times, and made appointments and I wasn't sure... and I to heaven. He put up with so much nonsense from me and I was so undecided... I called him 100 times, and made appointments and I wasn't sure... and I kept asking him for more and more and more information, and he was polite, patient upbeat, he smiled and took every bit of crazy buyer nonsense that I threw at him, and then with a happy smile. He gave me the keys to my 2021 Sequoia, which I absolutely love, and every single part of the process from the very beginning to the very end, was really absolutely wonderful. And the reason for that is Andy. I will use him again and again and highly recommend! More
