I went to my credit union wanting to buy a new car for months at a time, never finding what I wanted or working with sale personnels that offered me other cars I never asked to purchase. So, I gave up sev months at a time, never finding what I wanted or working with sale personnels that offered me other cars I never asked to purchase. So, I gave up several times because I couldn't find what I wanted plus I don't like dealerships because they are way too pushy for my blood, but this time was different.... I walked in, I was paired with Hope Smith. Hope pulled the car I was interested in quickly. I test drove the vehicle and spent a great amount of time with the car to be sure it was something I wanted. I fell in love with the car, so she made it happen. No hassle, no extra, and no pressure. Pure vibes, laughter, personal, patience and full of kindness. We made a deal, my credit union was connected to the dealership, so the paperwork was easy. I never put that much trust in a dealership before but honey, Hope got the job done. Thank you Hope! More
