Took my f150 in for basic service, oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter change. Amateur guy breaks my glove box while changing the filter, was going to hide what he did, if it hadn't been for me rotation, cabin air filter change. Amateur guy breaks my glove box while changing the filter, was going to hide what he did, if it hadn't been for me standing at the service garage entrance watching this all go down. They then tell me that they will order me the part and call me when it comes in, still no part, been a few months, doubt it was ever ordered. My glove box still works it just opens quickly and if not guided with a hand while opening it will fall put. Point is, I took my truck in for service, they broke my truck, and tried to cover it up. Message recieved from the dealer. The customer service rep left me a message and the part in question has arrived. I will be in touch with service and have it installed as soon as i can get down there. It is possible i missed an earlier contact from the service department regarding the same part. I want it to be noted that Leo the service manager who reached out to me was very professional and this review should not reflect poorly on him. The service on the day in which the part was broken was conducted free of charge and every attempt was made to satisfy. Thank you Leo.
