Got my 2019 new highlander today from Conicelli Toyota. I Would recommend this dealership . Easy and Enjoyable My 17 year old son and I stopped in to see a car we had seen online. Ron was waiting for us, had the keys ready, and walked us right out to the car. I was impressed with the vehicle and with how easy going Ron was, and how comfortable he made us feel. We took a good ride, talked a bit about the car, and then Ron left us alone to figure it out.... the sale was quick, smooth, and easy to do... we were in and out in no time, and had a great time in the process. Ron shook my son’s hand and said “welcome to manhood”.... being a father of boys, Ron knew the value of my son earning and saving his own money. Felt good to have another dad that appreciated my son’s hard work too. I would and will recommend Ron and Conicelli to anyone looking for a car. More

Rude Customer Service Once Conicelli heard that my father was not leasing another vehicle from their dealership they couldn't have been more RUDE. My mother passed away and Once Conicelli heard that my father was not leasing another vehicle from their dealership they couldn't have been more RUDE. My mother passed away and my dad was returning her car-WAY UNDER MILES and in perfect condition. They told him they needed her signature...really?!?! They told him in order to turn it in the need all of this legal paperwork. They made him spend the day jumping through hoops all to find out the day he did turned it in that none of that extra work was necessary. He lost his wife of 45+ years and was asked to prove it to them. Never will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone and never will I ever use them again myself. Please take the extra time to research another dealership in the area who will treat you better than them! More

Didn't need a cot. I have had 6 cars, this purchase makes 7. My husband and I would hold off until the last possible moment to buy because the whole dealership experienc I have had 6 cars, this purchase makes 7. My husband and I would hold off until the last possible moment to buy because the whole dealership experience is so daunting. Well, this was not. My husband scheduled an appointment online. Tone, our salesman, was accommodating, pleasant, & funny. He even does voices. The test drive was great, & then it was time for the money part. While things did not go exactly how we'd planned (our fault, we went over our budget), it was still a great experience & we were not there ALL DAY. Andrew was very nice, and Juan, the finance manager, did a great job explaining everything with no pressure. Even though he's a Patriots fan, he is A-OK in my book!!! Definitely visit Conicelli for a Honda, or any vehicle they offer. We bought the 2014 CR-V and we love it, but the experience buying it was top notch!!! Thanks, Conicelli!!! They are true to their motto, "A Nice Place to Do Business" More

I was searching the market for a new car and after researching several makes and models I finally decided on a 2013 Honda Civic Ex. I e-mailed several dealers in the Philadelphia Metro area for an out researching several makes and models I finally decided on a 2013 Honda Civic Ex. I e-mailed several dealers in the Philadelphia Metro area for an out-the-door price. Although I received several e-mail quotes, I found Conicelli’s to be most competitive and comprehensive. Thus I made an apt. for a Tuesday evening where I met with Jackson Castor my sales consultant. Jackson showed me the car, took me for a test drive and answered all of my questions. There was absolutely no pressure at all and the entire sales experience was painless. Jackson was honest, upfront and very knowledgeable, which I truly appreciated. I ended up purchased the car that evening. The entire process took only a few hours. However, the next day I noticed a scuff on the bumper which I was unable to see the previous evening. I e-mailed Jackson who told me to bring the car back to the dealership. I met with Jackson and Andrew Venezia, his sales mgr. who looked at the car and ensured me that they would take care of the issue. I dropped-off the car off and received a no-cost rental. The bumper was fixed that same-day and looks perfect. My entire experience at Concielli was absolutely great! Conicelli will be my first stop for all future car purchases. I wholly recommend them to everyone as they are truly “a great place to do business.” More

Arlene and Andrew took the time to answer my questions and concerns, unlike some other dealers where is seems you're a bother unless you're looking at a high end car, these folks are pleased to help. They are friendly and take the time after the deal is made to go over the finer points of the car and explain functions in detail. This dealer my no means is the closest but as far as I'm concerned one of the best in the area. This is my second purchase at this dealership and it won't be my last.
