Headliner stain The only issue I had is with the service department. At the time of the purchase I asked them to clean the headliner initially appeared to be cleaned The only issue I had is with the service department. At the time of the purchase I asked them to clean the headliner initially appeared to be cleaned however when I arrived home the stains in the headliner were still present. Other than that it was a great experience. I would recommend the dealership to friends and family. More

Extremely Helpful and Thoughtful James - He made one of the most stressful parts of buying a car (the finances) easy and simple. I did not have to wait long between sending in the lo James - He made one of the most stressful parts of buying a car (the finances) easy and simple. I did not have to wait long between sending in the loan application and talking about the details with James. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Fully explained all of the warranty options and answered any questions my wife or I had during the process. He kept it fun and exciting as well. Would recommend James and was impressed how he could make a potentially stressful part of car buying into an enjoyable one. Andy - My wife and I had a great time working with Andy. He answered any questions we had without judgement. He made the test drive fun and let me decide for myself which vehicle I felt the most comfortable in. He was upfront about everything and went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were enjoying the car buying experience. We had to have a follow up talk about setting up the On-Star in the vehicle and he was prompt and polite in calling me as soon as possible. Would love to work with Andy again. Jeff - Jeff was extremely pleasant to work with. My wife and I informed him of the type of vehicle we were looking for and our price range and he had many options picked out before we even had arrived. He was patient with us looking at the vehicles and was honest about his opinions on which would be best. I especially appreciated how Jeff wanted to make sure we stayed in the price range we were comfortable in and would not push us in any way. He also was a huge help in taking my disaster of a trade-in vehicle. He gave us a fair offer, even though the vehicle was in need of a lot of repairs and I wasn't expecting much. Would recommend Jeff and will return for future vehicle purchases. More
