Mixed Feelings 1. In the discussion to purchase this vehicle we were told and understood that the remote start was a factory add on not a third party. One Fob versu 1. Looked at a same vehicle the night we purchased this one which had factory remote start using the Hyundai key fob. When I picked up the vehicle and asked about second fob was told this particular year that the SE didn’t have that as option. Hmmmm. 3. Pricing was over $500 for a $99 kit from Best Buy including the installation. I could buy a high end remote security system for this price including installation - not a basic cheap kit. 4. If told of the above I would have chosen to find my own retailer and had it installed for much less money and less frustrations. 5. Disappointed in the dealership for not having complete transparency on this. More

We needed something bigger after welcoming our new baby and after doing research, I found the Yukon to fit my needs. Bill helped along the way and even after purchasing. Any questions I had, he would be sure to answer and even checked in afterwards to ensure we were loving our purchase. When the AC stopped working a month after purchasing, the dealership made sure to fix it at no additional cost to me. Andrew in service accommodated me and my schedule being that we are an hour and a half away from the dealership. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here and continue services here. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and inviting!! More

Fantastic Experience!! To contrast any 1 star reports, I have received quite the opposite 5-star treatment on all exact points that others have called out negatively, and ha To contrast any 1 star reports, I have received quite the opposite 5-star treatment on all exact points that others have called out negatively, and have even observed great treatment of many other customers while I have been in this dealership - each and every time! (Most times stopping in is with questions I've had about the vehicle.) After driving down to the last bit of life left in my previous vehicle last November, my search for a Hyundai Santa Fe began, since this model has a great reputation. On a cold, rainy weekend, as I drove through the Burnsville lot, a great sales guy walked up to my car and asked if he could assist me. I said I was just looking at that point, but was serious about buying something. Rich Kim was so personable and I felt I could really trust him by the way he responded to my long list of questions, all while braving the cold elements outside on the lot that day. A couple weeks later I left a message late one night about a used Santa Fe listed at the Bloomington dealership, that I hoped to buy from the Burnsville dealership. Early the next morning, I was very pleasantly surprised with a return call! I checked it out in Bloomington and asked to have it transferred to the Burnsville dealership so I could deal locally. All of the Burnsville guys bent over backwards to bring the vehicle down there, and while in transit, began assisting me with financing options, searching for the best deal for me - it was obvious they were doing everything to work with my preferred terms, tight budget and high expectations. During what could have typically been a very stressful buying event, I had so much fun interacting with the entire staff there and they were all so polite and accommodating! Marco Bernini is the sales manager there - and I have received top-notch service from him and the entire crew - what a great group of individuals! They walked me through the whole process step by step in a very nice, non-patronizing way, taking time to answer every question I posed and did everything to make me feel comfortable, since this was my first vehicle purchase in 18 years! They made buying a vehicle such an easy process! I had a couple of very minor service questions since this purchase was a high mileage vehicle, yet still in excellent condition. The staff in their service department is fabulous, too! They have done everything and answered everything I have asked, taking the time to follow up with me while I've waited in the comfortable lounge area - and have even washed my Santa Fe free of charge each time! For buying a used vehicle from these guys, I sure get the greatest, most stellar treatment when I come in there - by everyone, every time - I'm treated like a queen! The whole crew is honest and I trust being able to go there for high-quality service! I could not be happier with my purchase or with the great service and treatment I have received! My very special thanks to everyone at Luther Burnsville Hyundai!! More
