This is the second vehicle I have bought from Jackie Cooper Nissan. Jordan was a great help and answered all of my questions. We had a 2015 Nissan Murano which we really liked. However, it was totaled, so we had to buy another car. Because of our experiences with Jackie Cooper, we started there, and were not disappointed. When Management takes the time and effort to come talk to a new customer, I am impressed. I am sure I was one of many customers that came to your Dealership on Tuesday (10-30-23), but you made me feel that a new customer, I am impressed. The purchase of my new (to me) SUV went very smoothly thanks to the efforts of your Dealership. I will return to have my car serviced and I anticipate that I will receive the same attention at that time. Because I am a woman, getting services makes me nervous as I don't know the "workings" of vehicles. and I have to depend on your personnel.
