Exemplary Service I came to Wilson County Hyundai with some pretty big obstacles to overcome in order to purchase a vehicle. With a recent divorce and some credit issue I came to Wilson County Hyundai with some pretty big obstacles to overcome in order to purchase a vehicle. With a recent divorce and some credit issues, I knew it was going to be difficult. I came with certain criteria for the vehicle I would be able to purchase. Andrew took my criteria very serious and went above and beyond to find me the perfect car that actually fit my criteria, with a few extras to boot. Once Andrew found the car, I had to get financed. That is where Wayne and Robert showed their commitment to the customer. After a whole lot of no's, their persistence payed off with a yes that absolutely worked with my budget. My car buying journey took a total of three weeks because of issues on my part. During this time the entire staff was friendly and courteous. AMAZING, SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! I have NEVER had a car buying experience like this one. It was as I they KNEW what we wanted before we ever stepped on the lot. I have bought over 15 I have NEVER had a car buying experience like this one. It was as I they KNEW what we wanted before we ever stepped on the lot. I have bought over 15 cars in my life and have never had a dealership staff treat me with the respect that the staff at Wilson County Hyundai did. Andrew Lacey and Rob Crockett were some of the politest, nicest and most through salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Andrew spent half an hour with me explaining all the features patiently answering all my stupid questions never once showing any sign of annoyance. Rob then repeated the whole process over again for my wife. Great guys!! Wayne Fielder and Robert Walker, the finance guys, work hard on getting the interest rate down to an acceptable number. They too were exceedingly nice. Would I recommend them? Certainly. WILL I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY!! And a special thanks to the Bone family, you have honed a great sales team! More

Great place to buy a car Andrew made it enjoyable to buy a car. I hesitated to come to a "typical" car dealership expecting high pressure sales but this is not the case with A Andrew made it enjoyable to buy a car. I hesitated to come to a "typical" car dealership expecting high pressure sales but this is not the case with Andrew. We discussed options and had some fun test drives. Everyone at Wilson County Hyundai was friendly and not your typical car salesmen. This is a big dealership with a small town atmosphere. Highly recommended. More
