Although I had performed a significant amount of research online prior to visiting the dealer I had many questions and requests for clarifications; Andrew was patient with me and very knowledgeable acting much like a general contractor and coordinating every facet of my purchase experience. Andrew was honest and worked with integrity, if he didn't happen to know the answer to something he indicated as much and obtained the answer from resources available to him. I'm so thankful for Andrew's incredible graciousness and patience with me while we discussed, viewed and test drove vehicles. Andrew's integrity and willingness to go above and beyond is the highlight of my purchase experience with Inver Grove Honda; everyone I interacted with were a pleasure to have met, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and all are highly recommended, The excellent service and experience didn't end with the sales transaction; I had elected for some additional options that would require a service appointment and the multiple visits to the dealer over the next few days were all equally pleasant. great experience I was at different dealerships and communicated via internet consultants. Would set up test drive and i get there, neither a sales person nor cars wer I was at different dealerships and communicated via internet consultants. I walked in, receptionist looked up my name, assigned sales person (Andrew) greeted me promptly, had the vehicles I wanted to compare and drive pulled up already waiting. Great experience. Price agreed to with internet consultant was what I got! More
