In doing my own research on the various Honda dealers in the Twin Cities, Inver is the one that clearly stands out in terms of high standards of business ethics. I highly recommend these guys!! The location is inconvenient for me, but the customer service is worth the trip. Andy Young sold me a CR-V. He was patient and made the sales experience enjoying. He has showed nothing but kindness and understanding and definitely does NOT fit into the stereotypes of a car salesman. He assisted with scheduling some warranty things I needed due my purchases which I am also thankful for, it beats being transferred around to all the different departments. Andrew Kasahara in finance is also very patient and understanding. He answers your questions and doesn't leave you in doubt. He's got jokes too! These guys are not trying to sell you, they want you happy and there to help. More

We just picked up our 2021 Honda Pilot and absolutely love it! Andrew Kasahara and Inver Grove Honda went well beyond what I expected to find us the right vehicle at a great price! They did not have the color my wife had hoped for and instead of just trying to sell us some other color, they went to work to find exactly what we wanted. Andrew went the extra mile to find us a vehicle and in the end we have a beautiful new Pilot in black! Perhaps even more important was the exceptional customer focus that Andrew showed us. His ability to listen and communicate, and especially treat us with the upmost respect and courtesy, was something we have never experienced at other dealerships. Though the dealership didn't have what I was looking for this time, Andrew was courteous enough to follow up. I never got the impression that he was trying to push me into something I didn't want.
