Making an appointment by phone about a recall notice was easy. My husband and I were greeted within two minutes of driving in and Andrew appeared shortly. We left for a walk to lunch and were called on our way back by Andrew that the our Volvo was ready. Andrew had the paper work ready and an extra paper about tire purchasing. We did not expect the car to be washed and we were pleasantly surprised that we got into a clean car inside and out. More
