The process was really quick and painless. We were able to get in and out of the dealership from test drive to heading home in about 3 hours. This is a big improvement from the past where it took several to get in and out of the dealership from test drive to heading home in about 3 hours. Everyone was real nice, and helped me buy our SUV. They said I looked like Woody Harrelson and kept them laughing. The staff was pretty funny also on that end.
