Andrew Toyota-Scion Stands Head and Shoulders Above All ! I bought my first car in 1966 from East Side Chevrolet (now defunct) as are many of the other dealers that I purchased cars from in the last 49 years I bought my first car in 1966 from East Side Chevrolet (now defunct) as are many of the other dealers that I purchased cars from in the last 49 years (i.e. Rank & Son). My last purchase a 2003 Toyota Echo has been serviced by them since I purchased it brand new in 2002 . Their service has been so good that my Echo runs as good as the first day I drove it off their lot. Although I would love to buy a new Toyota, I find it almost wasteful to give up a perfectly good running car that has served me well for 14 Whitefish Bay winters ( cooler & more snow by the lake ) ! Their service area is so accomadating and comfortable that I always wait for my car rather than partake of their free shuttle service. They have free soft drinks and gourmet coffee while you wait. My next new Toyota will definitely be from Andrew Toyota. Although, it may be another 14 years before I need one. More

We were greeted at the door each time we arrived at the dealership, everyone is very personable and knowlegable. All dealings with Peter and Andy were unparalleled. In searching for our new truck they wast dealership, everyone is very personable and knowlegable. All dealings with Peter and Andy were unparalleled. In searching for our new truck they wasted no time in finding the exact truck we wanted. They each gave us their cell phones in case we had questions during the dealings of our new truck. The finance personnel (Jared) was also very knowledgable, answered all of our questions, extremely nice person to deal with. Their customer lounge is very comfortable, plenty of refreshments, TV to watch, a kids area, a pleace to read the paper/magazines and also a place to make private phones if needed. The sales staff would come into the customer lounge to give not just us, but others as well, periodic updates. (You weren't just sitting there wondering what was happening.) Overall, my wife and I agree that we have never been to any other place of business were we were treated with legenary customer service. We would recommend this dealership to anyone! I had an excellent experience purchasing my new car at Andrew Totyota. I had a car accident where my car was totaled, so I contacted Andy Schlesinger at Andrew Toyota (where I had previously purchased tw Andrew Totyota. He put me in contact with Peter Klein, who helped me choose a new car. Peter was in constant contact with Andy, and they both helped me got through this unanticipated car purchase. I dealt with Jared Johnson on the lease side of things, who explained things completed. Everyone that I had contact with at Andrew Toyota was professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Andrew Toyota and will go there again when I need another vehicle. More

Andy and Peter were wonderfull! I walked in to the dealership and left within two hours with a beautiful new car. I was given a great price on my new Yaris and an excellent price on my trade-in.
