No pressure and as helpful as they could be to get us into the car that we wanted at a price that wouldn’t bust our budget. I have never owned a Subaru before but I am now a customer for life. I love my Crosstrek more now than when we bought it. Coco was very knowledgeable about the options that were available on the model of vehicle that we wanted. He was patient and understanding. The showroom was clean and well designed. Every staff member that we dealt with was very professional and personable. I will definitely be going back for my next Subaru. Better service than most "high-line" makes Went in expecting a somewhat normal experience from a dealership, but was blown away shortly after giving them my deposit for an in-transit vehicle at Went in expecting a somewhat normal experience from a dealership, but was blown away shortly after giving them my deposit for an in-transit vehicle at the level of customer service that came from all ends of the dealership and also the brand itself. I have never felt better about the buying process of any car I have bought than this one. I have bought a lot of "high-end" cars and the entire experience at those dealerships is a sad comparison to the experience I had at Subaru of Las Vegas. Communication was excellent from my sales person, as well as from the behind the scenes folks tracking the progress of my vehicle on its way to the dealership. First class establishment, and great job guys! More

Sure, the Outback can sell itself, but add to that an outstanding dealership with a friendly, capable and professional staff, and you have an unbeatable winning combination. Coco Garcia, our 2018 Outback sales person, was excellent and really worked with us to make this purchase happen. He’s knowledgeable, responsive and really stayed connected from the beginning and beyond the purchase; he wants to make sure you are satisfied. Andy Berney and the office staff are terrific and have been since our original purchase of the 2012 Outback. Fast, friendly, honest, easy and great listeners. I had two goals in mind when I came into the dealership; to be in and out as fast as possible and to stay under my budget. I found a 2015 Subaru Cross I had two goals in mind when I came into the dealership; to be in and out as fast as possible and to stay under my budget. I found a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek on line and contacted the dealership to enquire more about it. I liked that I wasn’t hassled with multiple calls which usually turns me away being constantly bothered. I received one email a day to update me on the status of the vehicle I enquirer about. Once it became available I was contacted to come in for a test drive. Coco treated me and my father and within two hours I was the proud owner of a 2015 Crosstrek. He listened to what I needed and wanted, was honest in his opinion, got me under my budget and took the time to answer and explain and questions I had. What more could I have asked for! Overall the atmosphere was stress free and made me feel like the entire Subaru team had my best interest in mind. Thanks again! More
