Worst value of all dealers. I did purchase 1 vehicle because they were the only one with inventory. I have been back 2 other times and they try to change price. I purchased a Ram 3500 from this dealership last year and was sold a lot of extended warranties at the time. The finance guy assured me that should I sell the vehicle I would be refunded a prorated amount of was sold a lot of extended warranties at the time. The finance guy assured me that should I sell the vehicle I would be refunded a prorated amount of my unused extended warranty. Earlier this year I sold my Ram truck and provided the finance department with all of the required paperwork to submit for my refund. This was in July. I have not received my prorated refund to date and have attempted several times by phone, email, and even Facebook messenger to speak with Lyle Smith (Finance Manager) and can’t get a return call. I’ve reached out to the GM by email and no response. It seems I’m going to have to involve an attorney to get their attention. I would not recommend this dealership for this reason. By the way each time I’ve called their sales team I get an immediate response, but radio silence from finance when I try calling. Extremely unprofessional. More
