I was impressed with the professionalism, but at the same time the kindness that Andrew Akhahon showed me. This car was the first step I had to take after I separated from my husband. We bought a brand new 4Runner from Andrew Toyota. They provided excellent service during the sales transaction. All of the employees that we met were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. T provided excellent service during the sales transaction. Andrew was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, as were the other sales staff we talked with. We had gone back several times to test drive two different cars, and even explained the other brands agai were the other sales staff we talked with. Andrew, our salesperson was amiable and made sure we were satisfied. He went out of his way with customer service. My sales representative was great. Smiling, joking, easy to talk to. Deal went smooth and predictable. However the financial person that offered me extended waranties and set me up with financing, was ver to talk to. Deal went smooth and predictable. However the financial person that offered me extended waranties and set me up with financing, was very unknowledgable about my specific transaction. Having to print the final documents three times. First the type set was off, understandable. Secondly the finance percentage was wrong, and she put in an extended waranty even though I declined. Was I being fenangled? Were they hoping I wouldn't notice the extra charges? Who can say. The third was correct and I was on my way. The next day I went to pick up the car as it was just pulled off the truck and had all the plastic and stuff on it. There was a knick on the driver's side door and they were more than eager to fix it right away. Overall very satisfied, except for the final docs. More

My overall experience was good. I just wish the whole process (once I decide what I want) would take less time. I was told to come back in 1 hour-my car was ready but the paperwork was not. My journey into finding a new used vehicle started 3 weeks and several dealers ago. The service I received from other dealers was mediocre at best. Working with Andrew Akhahon made life MUCH easier fo weeks and several dealers ago. The service I received from other dealers was mediocre at best. Working with Andrew Akhahon made life MUCH easier for me. He did not rush me into any decisions. I had my parameters and stipulations in place for what I was looking for. He did not try to persuade me to get into something that I was not comfortable with. Once I had made a decision on the vehicle I was comfortable with the transition to working with Julie was just as superb! Julie really is an outstanding business woman and professional and answered all of my questions completely! If anyone is looking for two great individuals to work with in purchasing a new or used vehicle...PLEASE RUN don't walk to work with Andrew Akhahon and Laurie Differt. Honestly, in the couple times I've had to deal with purchase vehicles, NEVER have I had such a positive and peaceful journey and transaction take place. THANK YOU!!! More

I have had so many bad experiences at new car dealerships I was expecting more of the same when my wife and I walked into Andrew Toyota in late May 2009. A bright and cheerful sales rep (Andrew Akhahon)greet I was expecting more of the same when my wife and I walked into Andrew Toyota in late May 2009. A bright and cheerful sales rep (Andrew Akhahon)greeted us at the door and from that moment on, it truly was a different buying experience. Andrew asked us a few questions and he quickly figured out that we knew what we wanted so he introduced us to John Moore the sales manager. John was very responsive and open about pricing. He explained everything and there was no "bait and switch" as I had experienced at other dealers. No hidden fees, no special paint sealer's and such. John gave us pricing, and he and Andrew found the color and trim we wanted and I drove out in a brand new Camry. Very simple and honest transaction. I did have a few minutes to walk around the dealership and experience the waiting room with complementary coffee and soda. The complementary shuttle service guy cycled in and out a few times asking if anyone needed a ride to work. Once in a while a repair technician would come into the waiting room and greet a customer, explain any problem or repairs. Overall it looked to me like Andrew has a great business model and a great team of employees. Oh, and did I mention, they wash your car for you each time you bring it in for an oil change or repair,...sweet! More
