There were some problems initially when we went to pick up the car but in the end Paragon was very nice and made up for it substantially. I’m a long time Honda lessee. This lease will be my 4th. I am well seasoned and very experienced with Honda Paragon. I was at the point to change dealerships and brand until Andres began to communicate with I am well seasoned and very experienced with Honda Paragon. I was at the point to change dealerships and brand until Andres began to communicate with me. He heard me and understood that I was leery. Andres worked magic for me and I felt like a VIP. The entire process was done from the comfort of my home. I hope Paragon has more dealers like Andres because it would be a shame for customers to lose faith in an excellent car because their dealers are insensitive or uncaring.
