You are excited for the prospect of getting into a new car, but the stigma of a "delearship" and a "car salesman" can put added pressure on the process. My parents started the Toyota Trend in my family the year I was born. A 1995 Toyota Camry, that I grew up in and learned to drive in, my very first car. It has over 277k miles on it, and still drives like a dream. My husband has horrible luck with cars, so when it came time to get a new one, we decided against a used one. Yesterday we bought a 2016 Corolla. I am thankful that my parents instilled the Toyota Tradition in me, as I could not be happier about our new car. Family Toyota was by far superior to all expectations previously held in both myself and my husband's mind. Andrei M. took the time to call and check in with us while we debated which car we would be purchasing. Darrell S. communicated with us as we looked at the specs and details of cars online. Finally, when it came time for paperwork, Leon was amazing. He laughed and talked with us, and really made a connection. I would highly recommend using Family Toyota of Arlington. More

The purchasing experience was pleasant, quite unlike the experience we had previously at another dealership. The price quoted for both the vehicle and the trade were fair, and the negotiations avoided the silly gyrations you experience at some dealerships. More

I inquired about a used Forester and Andrei worked quickly to get me in the car I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, as I was a little nervous about purchasing my first car. I had a hair appointment and Lyman told me to take my time and that we could finish the deal upon my return. Once I got to the finance department, Justin went over all the forms I needed to sign and I was done in about 10 minutes. I am very happy with this dealership and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
