Heri Gaytan sent me 6 pictures. He had the car parked right in front when I arrived at 8pm and photocopied my license in less than 5 minutes. I test drove, negotiated a price, and was out the door (after banging the big gong in the showroom!) in 1 hour! Heri is warm, friendly, and genuine — of course he wants to make a sale, but he conveys an attitude of wanting to serve and make the customer happy. The finance manager is efficient and professional. I would definitely purchase another car from Honda of Lisle. More

Every service department member is highly qualified, capable, and eager to do the work in a first class manner. I buy my vehicles from Honda of Lisle just for the outstanding ongoing service. I purchased a new CRV this week from Sager Abu-Romman. He was excellent and made the transaction very confident & pleasant. Sager knows the various products very well, listens to the customer needs very keenly, and sets out to meet those needs in the most efficient & economical way for the customer. We purchased our new vehicle with ease at the comfort of our home! Honda of Lisle is the best! Definitely not a bait and switch dealership which we appreciate so much. We searched online and made a request for a quote and out the door price for a specific vehicle we wanted to over 12 dealership and so far Honda of Lisle is the only one who responded with out the door/ on the road price. That’s the right way to do it. We communicated and negotiated thru email with Mary Murphy and they gave us a great deal! Honda of Lisle is 670 miles from us so they sent the paperworks thru UPS Express, we received it and signed it and returned it back to them. They assisted us through the entire process. The staff especially Mary, Andrea and Bob are TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and kind. Excellent service! Side note: Since they don’t have a delivery service, we hired Mercury Auto Transport to get the vehicle at the Honda of Lisle dealership and deliver it to our house. More
